Good Team and Challenging Concept

Cons

No definite direction from management. Directives used to change every week. Now they change every hour. When the management don't know what to expect, they tend to do Micro management . Mid and senior management successfully broke the spirit of the engineering team with latest changes. WHEN GOOD PEOPLE LEAVE AND DUMB ONES ARE PROMOTED, THINGS WILL FALL APART.
