- modern dev stack being used - opportunities to create new solutions rather than just support old ones - opportunities to solve problems wherever needed in the company

Cons

- management is unstructured - priorities constantly changing (hard to actually finish anything)

Great culture and a generally supportive team. Constant "fire drills" in line with a start-up but the company does support a good work-life balance. Culture-wise, people are friendly but there is a distinct lack of diversity.

Cons

Burlington VT is cold, boring and lonely.
