Pros

- Amazing culture without the "family" BS - Interesting, fast-paced work - Great teammates - Great mission

Cons

- Hard to get help/mentorship from others. You are expected to figure 99% of your issues out yourself. Being a more junior engineer this didn't work for me, but I know others thrive in this kind of environment. - Unspoken "grind" culture. On the flip side, extreme "work hard, play hard" culture. - Things change very quickly year over year. I imagine it's already a different place than when I last worked there, over a year ago
