Going against the core founders opinions will get you fired, which will be a passive aggressive approach with no actual open transparent discussion. Their claim of 'team oriented' is only true if you simply fall in line and drink the kool-aid of the cult leader and his 'disciples'. They are dishonest in their culture, and their overall program, either out of complete ignorance or trying to appear further along than they are. Burnout runs rampant.
