Pros
Crystal clear company goals and how it ties to your work. Top notch experienced team with excellent track history. Very few silos. Aviation geeks on every level. Smart and safe response to Covid situation. Hanger full of company aircraft and staff of flight instructors == free flight training.
Cons
Flat management structure (like zero managers) might not work for people who need a ton of direction. or hand holding. Lack of formal performance review might also be a problem for some, but seems to be working for existing team.
