Pros

My coworkers are great for the most part. Helping members. Work from home

Cons

Currently, it feels this company is not doing well and they do not have empathy for those of us who have been here and do great work so we can make good choices for our future careers. I do not feel valued or heard. They promote people who are not qualified but who are friendly with the boss when there are better choices.

Pros

The pro’s is people employed here are parents. There isn’t any pros, it’s no mobility to grow.

Cons

I never received a one on one with any manager, because my manager was fired in the middle of my training🫠 not even a PIP was issued. I still don’t know why I was fired

Pros

-Fantastic mission helping those who need substance use treatment -There's a genuine drive from executive leadership down, to be compassionate and help as many as possible -Really smart people working on difficult problems, at breakneck speed -401k match -Fairly decent PTO policy - 23 days, 5 sick days -The most diverse company I've ever worked at

Cons

-Compensation rates feel outdated or not up to par for the market (it's being worked on though) -Equity feels like a side piece -Must be comfortable with ambiguity (standard with a startup) -Remote culture feels absent
