BetterUp had provided a steady stream of clients for several years. They stay on the cutting edge of technology.

Cons

The organization is pushing their AI coaching to current clients. Many top-notch coaches are receiving no new clients for the last several months. My pay rate has not been increased for 5 years, stating I'm at the top of their range.

Inconsistent client base (was told sales team just aren't signing new members). They do not respond when you apply to specialize as a coach, even when they've solicited applications.
