      I looked for companies that really spoke to me for a long time before I came to BetterUp. Coming from a stable, mission-driven place, I wasn't in desperate need of a new job/career. When I dug deeper and had countless conversations with the folks at BetterUp, I really understood that this was the best move for me. Within the first few weeks I was delighted to find out that it was a great fit.
