      Pros

      Open-minded culture, the most transparent leadership I have seen, issues do get raised and resolved over time. And it's a very fast-paced organization, so I have seen myself and others grow and develop significantly.

      Cons

      Employees are highly encouraged to work evenings, weekends, and work / life balance is hard to maintain. Although we have extra days off, we come back to more work to catch up with... Employees are expected to act like owners to a high degree, and this actually blocks collaboration.
