A lot of BS but they don't walk the talk

BU has good benefits and salaries

Cons

The co-founders have to be idolized, everyone has to be super hyped to work here. The CEO often makes thinly veiled threats in all-hands meetings about firing people who do not adhere to their values. Their onboarding is insane - so many useless meetings and many of them about how to 'balance thinking with doing' and that everyone needs to be super efficient which is quite hilarious because the onboarding but also just their whole way of working is the opposite of efficient. Hilarious, but also annoying if you then actually have to work there.

Some great coaches you and clients can work with. And some very talented team, especially here on West Coast.

Cons

Awful culture! Very weak sales management, no accountability. Executive team out of touch with reality and the "dream" to IPO. Severe turnover for reps and getting worse with the mandatory performance plans.
