      I feel that the company strategy is being tied to the work I do and I've felt a shift in empowerment on this front and connectedness. We're getting challenged more on what we're working on and how it ties to business outcomes and it helps us scale on impact.

      Pace and at times, over commits leads to slower delivery due to context switching.
