      - Mission-driven, talented, and caring individuals - Strong Benefits Package (Insurance, access to coaching platform, learning stipend, days off dedicated to self-development) - The impact BetterUp has one it's customer's lives is very real and rewarding

      Cons

      - Cognitive dissonance: The external brand and the internal culture do NOT match. - Unrealistic Quota Expectations (Less than 15% AE attainment 50% SDR) - Alexi (CEO) is out of touch with sales org and often makes rash decisions

      Pros

      Amazing colleagues, products, leaders, and mission! This place is fast-paced (which I get isn't for everyone), but it's exhilarating for most people I know at BetterUp and me.

      Cons

      There are some inexperienced managers, especially new promotes. Some colleagues don't seem to understand what it takes to succeed at a fast-growing startup.
