      Pros

      The culture and people were are likely still are amazing. It's a truly impressive product making a really positive impact on it's users/clients and the world. The people you'll get to work with and the conversations you will have with clients truly makes showing up to work every day easy

      Cons

      Leadership makes some "questionable" decisions that seem to be driven by happy investors on the board versus what will truly make the company successful long term. There's also an "old guard" that seems to be able to do whatever they want with no accountability.
