      Pros

      The people are awesome - low ego, super smart, I've learned so much since joining Challenging/interesting problems to work on and good amount of autonomy Free access to BetterUp coaching! I've never worked for a mission driven company before and find it super fulfilling. Means that what you do helps people change their lives, which is v cool High growth, IPO on the horizon Opps to advance (received a promo in less than a year)

      Cons

      The work is challenging and like other startups, it's fast moving. You need some grit to keep up Benefits for Canadians could be better. They are great for US employees, hopefully that comes our way soon too :) Remote-first unless you live in a hub location. sometimes I miss seeing ppl in person.

      The people are amazing, hard-working, and passionate. We have an incredible mission and a great product.

      Cons

      The sales organization is under an extreme amount of pressure as we move towards an IPO. Sales is being held to lofty, unachievable goals.
