Pros
Great colleagues. And a wonderful manager and skip level manager. Very understanding and very helpful when it comes to cross functional collaboration. This is by far one of the best companies I’ve worked for and I’ve been here just under a year. From ERG’s to Flexible time off to the actual product we deliver there are so many reasons why I’m a net promoter of this company.
Cons
No company is perfect so I’d be lying if I said there are no cons. I think because we are in hyper growth it is easy to get overwhelmed with an excessive workload. But there are ways to manage your calendar and you can prioritize your workload to help with that. Also the lack of a 401k match does kind of suck.
