HR and upper management. HR is terrible. change direction every 5 minutes, including their own titles. seem to have gotten rid of anyone that was good and cared about employees.

The culture is so bad. After layoffs, people currently working are getting more work for the same pay and are overloaded. Employees aren't listened to when they say they are buried with tasks and then are chastised for not completing tasks.
