Ability to work on an interdisciplinary team and collaborate with other fields in the hospital. Community hospital who I believe do truly care about their employees, and try to show it with employee appreciation activities.

Cons

Unfortunately the salary for my position is less than one would hope, when compared to what the MDs and department heads must make.
