Free lunch on Thursday and Monday

Cons

Management has favorites if you are among them you will do great, you are out the door if you are not . HR surveys are not anonymous so better be a a company person.

Pros

The product is almost universally beloved and has incredible opportunity for placement outside of the locations Bevi leaned into building over the past decade. The company is focused around driving efficiency in what people are working on - awesome diligence to keep people focused on the biggest bets.

Cons

There are growing pains relative to mindset around product launch cadence and willingness to try new things - you can feel the tension between the “we can’t do that” crowd and the “how might we” crowd as the company grows, expands, and recruits new and different talent.
