Cons
If you don't have a light-hearted sense of humor or can't get excited about the product, it can be difficult to find your place here. As with most small companies, individuals and teams are often spread thin, so not all projects are given the same weight and sense of urgency. In short, patience and persistence is required often of employees. The company is still young and needs to improve general processes.
