      Pros

      Most intellectually challenging and rewarding role i've head. Environment fosters freedom to make decisions, I feel trusted to drive initiatives. Team is very collaborative. It is inspiring to work along side top-tier talent. Lack of office politics. Everyone is focused on scalable, well-thought out solutions delivered at a fast pace but not at cost of quality. Leadership is open-minded, transparent and approachable which makes it easy to voice ideas and concerns. Reasonable PTO policy helps maintain work-life balance.

      Cons

      Fast pace culture can be demanding at times. While it drives results, it may not suit everyone, especially those who prefer slower workflow

      Pros

      Admittedly compensation is very important to me. I have the ability to make what I want. I have control over it and it's a generous compensation structure. I never have an unanswered question. I always get the answer I need. Flexibility of telecommuting mixed with ability to have a work life and home life.
