Management has zero knowledge about the industry

Zero care for employees. Management is looking upwards and HR exists only to fire people. Minimal promotions, internal advancement, annual reviews are taking place. Not a place where career growth is happening. Finger pointing by management, lack of ownership, accountability and refusal to make decisions. Company is very top heavy with more managers than workers. More people delegating work than exist to do the work. Lack of communication about the company’s performance and direction. Almost no diversity within certain departments.
