We’re here to listen and offer more explanation, as we realize you may have been surprised by the new sales structure, particularly the reduction in base pay. We're aligning pay to a sales culture, and the intent is to enhance your compensation structure. Our new sales compensation plan allows representatives to earn on every sale made, opposed to only receiving commission once you meet a certain threshold. We realize change is difficult, especially when it comes to finances. Our goal in providing the 90-day notice was to give you a chance to see the new commission structure in action and allow you time to prepare and see the real earning potential.
