      Pros

      I started here about a year ago and have already received a promotion, lateral transfer with more responsibilities and two pay raises. The company is growing at an unprecedented rate, so the sky is the limit here! Lots of growth potential and even opportunities to get into a department you may enjoy more!

      Cons

      The only "con" I can think of is some employees feel like they are stuck in a rut, however, Beyond is a company that rewards do-ers, not do-not-ers.
