Peer to Peer interaction is great before executive intervention Start-up environment which leaves it open to little accountability, but that’s good if you like to point the finger Learning opportunity for those new to the work force or has not developed professionally enough yet to no any better Unorganized enough to not take on too much fault for errors Commission drives most departments and you could take home a good pay, if you finesse well enough. Economy is allowing this unsustainable business model to thrive so short term high earnings can be great for you. Learn and get promoted easily to senior status, so you can make a noteworthy jump to a better company and argue a good salary and title! Senior management pretend to care are enough so hiring friends or family to keep you there and inflate lower retention is not a full proof long term plan by any means You actually work on Friday's and holidays ,but HR don’t bend the rules enough to conceal overly pressured staff so it gets harder to do less Being smart is cool unless you make wrong ego feel less smart Tech team is still learning tech so can’t hold them too accountable Human Resources is fully staffed now and they are not quite diverse so be careful
