Drinks and snacks were available.

Cons

Internal communication and collaboration is non existent resulting in continued failed marketing efforts. Sr. Management refuses to get out of their own way.

There are no more good things about this place.

Literally Everything! Worst part is that the former owners of the company cared so much about the employees and now no one does. All these so called "Big Shots" who couldn't care less about the ones that helped build the company, it's Sad!

We always want to hear feedback from the team so we can find out where we need to improve, modify or stop and readjust. 2017 was a dynamic year for employee engagement at Beyond, one that introduced an enhanced employee rewards program for our employees. To share a few highlights - we significantly elevated our health and wellness programs by increasing our employer contributions from 25% to 70% for all medical, dental and health plans. In addition, we introduced NEW FSA programs for commuter, medical and dependent care expenses as well as employer supported STD & LTD and Basic Life and AD&D. Beyond also launched it's first ever performance management program that provided all employees the opportunity to receive feed-forward coaching and career path guidance from their managers and peers. A pay-for-performance merit planning model was also linked to this annual program. These programs were a great start, but there's always more we can do and accomplish. We'd love to hear where we missed the mark on employee engagement. Please feel free share your feedback or concerns with your manager or Human Resources at anytime.
