Leveraging experienced leaders and innovative thought partners, Beyond Finance is building a Product and Company that will change the debt settlement industry. More importantly, using data and technology to better serve customers will allow for a more transparent interaction and expectations, both internally and externally. Because this is a growing company there is considerable room for opportunity and ability to make a impact, immediately.

Cons

Need to be able and willing to manage and work with ambiguity as the company scales in such a quick time frame. Also, requires employees to operate strategically, and tactically.

Pros

Joined this company because of the mission and the top talent we’re hiring. Executive management is being filled with very accomplished and successful folks who are methodically building the right company to win in the industry and achieve the mission. Great pay and benefit package (big upgrade). Great snacks and drinks and a very smart team to work with.

Cons

We’re a startup which means long hours and commitment requirement from employees but the work is fun and exciting. We’re trying to go fast so there’s constant change.

Pros

Working with an intelligent bunch of people. The company is taking action to stand out in the industry as a leader. It’s a great environment for someone that wants to learn something new every day. Because it’s a smaller organization, you get to wear multiple hats.

Cons

The benefits plan is improving. It’s clearly much better than before. I’d love to see a greater match for the 401k.
