Pros

Good hours, mostly good people to work with, ample opportunities to make a difference and affect change, good exposure to senior managers, flexible work schedule, laid back culture, good/smart opinions are valued, young and energetic colleagues

Cons

Many people in other groups are apathetic/unwilling to put in the time to do a good job. Some of the executive management appear to lack the experience and knowledge to run a billion dollar company.

Pros

The culture here is great, everyone is accepted and pretty much everyone from every walk of life has or will work here. I feel respected and like I really do have a family here. Opportunities for advancement are everywehere. I started out in customer service and was promoted right out of training. Good benefits, lots of PTO, easy to get time off (as long as it's not 4th quarter :) very flexible with schedules, they have worked around my "single mom schedule" countless times. Many new learning opportunities and easy to get feedback where it's needed. There is a lot of overtime opportunities during the holidays. Many company sponsored events, Lagoon day, concerts, parties. Also lots of fun things always going on in the office.

Cons

Sometimes they go on what seems like "firing sprees" and you don't know why or who they are targeting. It makes you nervous for weeks that you're next. Bonuses need to make sense. You do mediocre business one year and get a huge bonus and then the next year, your business exceeds everyone's expectations and your bonus is 1/3 of what it was last year(??). Upper management has a habit of holding meetings where they tell you how amazing you did and how much money you made for them and in the very next breath, they will tell you how they're cutting PTO hours or how there's not going to be any raises this year. Good thing we made all that money for them... The pat on the back is getting old, we have families to raise too. You don't get paid the standard even with the cost of living constantly rising. I know many people in customer service that have had to go on food stamps and utility assistance.

Pros

-A lot of good people working here. -It's a solid company with a bright future. -Top level management seems very solid

Cons

-My job could easily be done from a remote location, but that's not permitted. -Sick days should be allotted along with traditional PTO because w/o sick days people don't want to waste their vacation time because they're not feeling well, so they come into work sick and get other sick as well (I'm guilty of that because I never seem to have enough PTO) -Awful visibility into bonus structure, so it doesn't serve as the effective motivator that it could be - I feel there is a lot of missed potential there. -Merch hiring from CS is very common which provides for cheap labor but the level or professionalism can suffer as a result - seems like a good short term ROI strategy but I question the long term viability of real improvement.
