      Pros

      Real people, very laid back and comfortable environment. I don't feel as if there is a lot of workplace politics and corporate inefficiencies that interfere with the goal of the company.

      Cons

      The health care options could be better, but it seems as if this is something common and unfortunately becoming more common in many corporations.

      Pros

      Wow! Working here has really been an experience. The rest of the developers are so smart. I was a big fish in a small pond now I can grow and learn. Everyday is a new challenge and love.

      Cons

      Communication across departments can be a challenge, but I'm sure it's no different than any other company this size.
