      Great benifits, poor leadership.

      Pros

      The insurance benifits are superb.

      Cons

      Don't try to get ahead in this company unless you are "in" with someone. Most promotions are based on personal feelings of team leads and supervisors, not you performance or capeabilities. Upper management has been hired from within, that means not many are qualified for the positions and almost all new projects and procedures are always a work in progress, and are usually at odds with the other departments. Working at the call center is a nightmare for the most part.

      Pros

      Much scrutiny is given to potential employees, so good people are typically hired. Fast paced, fun environment. Great location right next to the mountains.

      Cons

      Not a lot of vacation hours.
