Pros

Great work life balance. Love my immediate supervisor, management needs direction. Medical benefits suffered in 2015 but now are on track.

Cons

Get some management in the company who knows on-line business and who has been in retailing. Most of the management has never worked anywhere else other than Overstock. There is another world out there other than Sale Lake City. Salaries still need improvement to be competitive.

Pros

401K, lagoon day, private concert every October, car pool incentive. My co workers in the call center were all really nice people and I am very glad I met them.

Cons

Mandatory Overtime!! It doesn't matter if you have a baby sitter issue or whatever they will let you know about an hour before your shift ends that you have to stay for a few hours and that if you don't you can look for a job elsewhere. Unless you are a relative of upper management you will not go anywhere with this company. It is a good stepping stone and you really just have to use it as such. Get in, get some experience and move on.

Pros

It's a really fun job and you work with really great people. There is an employee concert every fall, Lagoon day in the spring/summer.

Cons

There is a lot of mandatory overtime, that's really the largest complaint. They could staff a little more fully. The pay could be better as well, though it's not too low.
