      Pros

      Honestly it was great when they were local but they moved to salt lake and became horrible.

      Cons

      They became firing people for no reason. They also demoted people for no reason as well.

      Pros

      401K, lagoon day, private concert every October, car pool incentive. My co workers in the call center were all really nice people and I am very glad I met them.

      Cons

      Mandatory Overtime!! It doesn't matter if you have a baby sitter issue or whatever they will let you know about an hour before your shift ends that you have to stay for a few hours and that if you don't you can look for a job elsewhere. Unless you are a relative of upper management you will not go anywhere with this company. It is a good stepping stone and you really just have to use it as such. Get in, get some experience and move on.

      -Had to go through too many departments to get anything done -Since it is a large company you can feel like just a number sometimes -too many long pointless meetings

      Thanks for the review. Sorry to hear things did not work out well during your tenure. We pride ourselves in being quick for a company our size, but know that is not always the case. We are improving how we communicate to teammates, but definitely don't want people to feel bogged down by meetings. This is a work in progress. Good luck in your future endeavors!
