Pros

Beyond offers freedom and flexibility, where the focus truly is on outcomes and business impact rather than hours clocked in an office. It’s also a stable company (which is reassuring given the broader industry uncertainty) and the team is made up of smart and kind individuals

Cons

At this stage, Beyond is more of a scale-up than a true start-up. The excitement that comes from a rapid pace of building and growing is replaced by more incremental improvements to existing products and processes paired with more modest growth

Pros

-Open door policy across teams and leadership: every other week you have the opportunity to ask questions anonymously to anyone in the company. -Room for career growth: I have been able to grow in my career from analyst level to manager level. -Opportunity to travel to new cities locally and globally: Beyond has offices in Chicago, San Francisco, Lisbon, and Barcelona -Challenging, but rewarding work: work is fast-paced, so it never gets dull. There are always new initiative and quarterly projects to keep things fresh.
