Our industry is a constantly evolving one that does require us to have continuous change. - Permissive/Unlimited PTO - Strong employee development/feedback culture - Leadership encourages creativity and allows individual contributors to make an impact - Fantastic employee resource groups - HR team hires carefully; lots of great people here

Cons

- LDHP still has a pretty high deductible
