Pros

Sufficient pay, good benefits, potential to be a half-decent company. Beyondsoft was on top of the Covid situation from the start, which I really appreciated.

Cons

This company revealed a dark side before many of us working on behalf of the client company were even hired. We were working for prominent, respectable companies such as Modis (now Akkodis) and Experis when we learned that a company that most of us had never heard of, Beyondsoft Consulting Inc., plotted with the client and launched what can only be described as a hostile takeover of our contracts. When our then-employers tried to inform us of what was afoot, the client issued several legal directives that essentially banned them from telling us anything. This caused a huge amount of stress and uncertainty. After our then-employers were allowed to tell us that our contracts were about to be canceled, Beyondsoft officials came to town to offer people new contracts for their old jobs. For the most part, the company made fair offers and many of us found that our benefits, paid holidays, and PTO were slightly better than our previous companies. The abrupt acquisition of our contracts drastically increased BCI's workforce, and for months payroll and HR played catchup. The tight-knit groups in the main office did not seem to comprehend that we existed. This left many with a permanent bad taste in our mouths. The company did overcome many of its growing pains over time, but few will ever be able to forgive or forget the aggressive, antagonistic start.

Unprofessional recruiter

Pros

No pros for Beyondsoft Consulting LLC!

Cons

The "recruiter" was unbelievably unprofessional. His phone reception was awful (probably because he's overseas) so he asked me to join a Teams call. Normally interviews are scheduled, but I ignored my better judgment and joined the call. I wasn't able to turn my camera on and he said he couldn't proceed without the camera on. Say what? So we scheduled another call for the next day and what do you know, he was a no-show. When I reached out to him (vs. him reaching out to me like a professional would), he had the gall to ask if we could slip it 30 minutes. No, sir, we can't. I'm wondering if this is even a legitimate company offering legitimate jobs. Apply at your own risk!
