Remote since pandemic, otherwise none.

Cons

If you are not a manager, expect to be micromanaged. If you are a micromanager, expect to be micromanaged by executives, and expect to get a lot of pressure to micromanage your directs. Culture is extremely poor and toxic.

I got experience working at Microsoft and the office environment was great.

Cons

The company was unable to find me a new contract after my yearlong contract ended with Microsoft and I was given two weeks notice, only for my Microsoft contract to get renewed at the last minute when they finally followed up but I had already accepted another position.
