Pros

A full time job working with great people on the local team. Decent benefits. Working on HP site is nice because we have access to the HP cafeteria and free coffee all day. The bosses are all really great guys and I would have no problem working for them again.

Cons

Chinese owned company working towards outsourcing all our jobs. They respect their American employees very little and act as though our only job is to make our mirror team in Shanghai look good. With very questionable ethics and respect for our team, we don't feel like we have very much job security.

Pros

"Full time" employment in some cases, benefits, connections into big tech. Forgiving the nature of the working relationship with the hiring company, this is a pretty good place to work.

Cons

As far as I can tell, this company exists to fill a vacuum created by anti-worker labor law in the USA: There's little room for growth because of a bizarre relationship with the company you're embedded into.
