      Helpful colleagues. Everyone is pretty friendly, easy to work with. They don't mind sharing tips or teach you. Work life balance with sometimes OT hour.

      Cons

      Poor management. Not much benefit and increment. No career growth. If you are looking for wide knowledge and growth, this is not the place

      -organisation structure is messy -HR took a long time to get back to you -beware of company politics -inexperience team member/lead -no clear goals -poor pay -poor company insurance benefit: $500 per year? And there’s a cap to per GP visit
