      Pros

      For onboarding or new hires, HR and Management are all friendly and I enjoyed the smooth hiring process with them. Salary may or may not be higher than industry average or just right at the market range.

      Cons

      Rarely do increment adjustments on yearly basis but not an excuse to do bare minimum as there are still challenges in the role

      The only pros is work from home.

      Cons

      A long list to be listed out. Project manager cannot lead and poor at managing the team. You will see yourself facing the clients by yourself and project manager will not be on your side. No increment and bonus even though promised during interview.
