Great people to work with, horrible pay.

Pros

You really get to meet very nice people and most people are very friendly and reasonable.

Cons

They don't understand the cost of living in Washington and won't pay well, raises are about the average 3% raise but it's not much when you're not making much.

Proceed with extreme caution

Pros

Health benefits are pretty good, commute is decent if you live in North Dallas, assignments are like playing the slot machines so good luck, pay is ok and most people are great. There are moments of collaboration and wish there were more.

Cons

Account management sure knows how to make things miserable. Rule by intimidation seems to be the management style and there’s some integrity issues. Too many things getting swept under the rug so my tenure is coming to an end soon.

Pros

The testers and test engineers who work here are the only thing that makes it worthwhile. They are a generally encouraging, positive group, who look out for and help each other. And they offer health insurance so you don't have to get your own. The insurance is ok, not the best, not the worst.

Cons

You will not be recognized for your work. If you go above and beyond your reward is that you get to keep your job. To my knowledge only one person in the last year has gotten a merit raise throughout the entire site. You are expected to do the work of at least one person above your current one, and not infrequently you are expected to do things that should be the job of the client, in our case HP. The only raises and promotions given out "freely" are to management favourites who spend more time talking to them and each other than doing their jobs
