      Pros

      Plenty of work. Nobody I know works less than 40 hours a week. Somewhat flexible hours for some positions.

      Cons

      Better negotiate a higher salary when you get hired, because you might never see a raise. You will see dangling carrots though.

      Hard to negotiate the salary after you signed. (unable to increase your salary for 2 years)

      Pros

      - Very relaxed dress code - Coffee machine - Nice office in Bellevue - Some catered lunches on Fridays, and some pizza Fridays for meetings

      Cons

      - Way below average pay - Quick to release you from a project when the client is unhappy (understandable), but first help your employee solve the problem instead of handing them a 30 day notice - No office snacks - Non-competitive benefits - Minimal time off for those not on Microsoft projects (2 weeks), even then, still minimal (3 weeks that you accrue throughout the year)
