I like how the structure of the company. Can learn a lot here. They are documents and guidelines for the newcomers. So dont need to get worry when you are lost. They use advance technology here.

Cons

Kinda micro-management here. Got weekly standup meeting.

Cons

Don't put too much hope on the yearly increment. Require so much patient. Increment was given equally to someone who did a great job and someone who do nothing throughout the years.
