Pros

-Work life balance. -30min flexi clock in. -Boss who guide you and absorb your mistake as long as you do your work and don't abuse the leniency. -Friendly people. -Company provides Udemy account for us to learn. -Seasonal gifts. -Quarterly bonus (that is not measured by individual performance). -Overall as fresh grad I genuinely enjoyed.

Cons

-Some people took advantage of the leniency. -Hardworking and dutiful employee being treated and rewarded as average-performing worker. -But you can see poor-perform employee /leader (who MIA) also treated and rewarded equally as average-perform worker. -Everyone get paid same bonus, weather they barely do any work or OT a lot. -It is such a motivation killer. -There are two people with character problem that I (and everyone especially girls) disliked. -Some inner conflict between management and entitleful people, that I believe is super unnecessary if you are a mature, responsible, dutiful, and righteous person especially towards a job that you are paid to do during office hour only. -It's not very stressful after all, no OT (although some team leaders are required to). -You wont be berated or critiqued and very lenient and allows you to MIA and take 2-3hours breaks a day so why complain. -The past employees had taken for granted many benefits and helpful programs provided by company, so when I join, we all already lost MANY benefits, including certification programs.
