A lot of red flags about this company
Pros
Flexible schedule such as 2 hour lunch breaks, relaxed work-life balance, and friendly and supportive coworkers in the office.
Cons
There's no career growth and you won't gain a lot of experience here as you'll be doing the same thing everyday based on your project (I'm a manual tester). The only benefits given are health insurance. the language barrier is very bad according to the team you're working with (My team is based in China and most of them doesn't speak fluently and often rely on direct translations, so miscommunication is expected.), you're lucky if your team is fluent and easy to work with as most of the people working there act like they're superior especially if they're seniors. Working unpaid overtime is expected. No bonuses and increments are offered. Be prepared to suddenly get laid off as they do it every year due to 'budget cuts' with little compensation given. We all know they just don't want to pay annual bonuses to all the staff. Generally a lot of red flags about this company.
