      Pros

      Good working environment, day day shopping mall food, leader/manager/stack holders all not around msia. Task requirement base, just need finish within the deadline. Overall high paid salary, nice for fresher. Friendly working environment, no politic so far.

      Cons

      Leader/manager/stack holders all not around, why still need back to office. Task 99 non stop, China culture, always get judge our mandarin not good, walao eh. As full time outsourcing ppl, never expect getting any benefits. For career growth no need think at all, we just anak tiri.

      Pros

      Depending on the department you work in, and your lead. If in luck, your workload will be reasonable.

      Cons

      No WFH, no increment, special bonus less than half a month of salary, but still strict on time-in and out, inconsistent performance review gap. No OT pay for OT less than 4 hours. Will tell you to leave if you stay in pantry during working hours. Not much growth, they treat you like labor to clear off tedious task, won't include you or your opinions in the work you do. Won't even elaborate on the work assigned to you. You have to figure it out and guess what's its for along the way. Felt like a prison here despite working for big company Tencent.
