Pros

Great training, full-time schedule, opportunities for growth, fast-paced and supportive environment.

Cons

No flexibility with schedule. Burn-out is real because you are in session 40 hours a week.

Pros

provides great quality care to clients, super flexible time off, anniversary PTO, flexible call outs, had GREAT 4 week training when i started (1.5 year ago, i believe it has since changed), they offer “flex time” if a client isnt present/the chance to go in late or leave early and it does not count against your attendance if offered

Cons

can sometimes have a chaotic schedule and you might not get put with your clients even if you’re both there, not much support to cover bathroom breaks, cleaning people do not clean or vacuum they only change the trash bags and the center never really gets a deep clean, pay is not great, turnover rate at the moment is horrible

We appreciate you sharing your feedback about your experience as an RBT in Berkeley Heights. Providing training that helps teammates feel confident and capable in their current roles while preparing them for the ones they aspire to in the future is a key part of our commitment to developing world-class clinicians, and we're glad to hear you've benefited from those opportunities. Creating environments where teammates can learn and grow—and where clients can thrive—is equally important to us. Our centers are cleaned regularly because maintaining a supportive, welcoming, and well-kept environment is essential to both client learning and teammate success. We welcome the opportunity to discuss your concerns further. Please feel free to contact us at info@biermanautism.com or (800) 931-8113.
