Pros

- Friendly coworkers and generally good team morale on the floor - Supportive work environment with strong team dynamics (varies by team) - Paid training and continued training support when working independently - RBT exam fees are covered by the company - Regular appreciation activities, snacks, and occasional staff events - Company outings and efforts to boost employee engagement - Lenient call-off policy as long as it is not frequent - Rewarding work when clients show progress and success

Cons

- Pay is not very competitive and may not fully reflect the workload, contributing to high turnover - Health insurance can be expensive for employees - Frequent schedule changes due to call-offs or staffing issues, which can disrupt workflow and consistency with clients - Staff may be assigned to different clients unexpectedly, making it harder to build rapport - Paper-based data collection instead of digital systems, which may feel outdated for some - Short 30-minute lunch break can feel insufficient given the intensity of the work

Everyone feels like friends. *Paid training, continued training once you are by yourself. *RBT exam is paid for. *They pass out snacks, do appreciation stuff for staff. *Host fun events and company outings. *CLEAN *30 min lunch break Bierman is the best place I have worked for, it is very possible to move up the ladder if you are interested in becoming a BCBA, as well as the operational route.
