Days are varied and filled with different tasks and responsibilities. You are kept busy which is good in my opinion.

Pros

They are a great company to work for. Most of your managers care about you and create a schedule around you. You become a part of the family while you're there.

Cons

While I was there I had managers not take action to comments that my fellow coworkers and I felt uncomfortable with and brought up to them. There was no clear communication between managers and FOH members.
