Pros

They know how to create profitable restaurants. And they create a relatively safe environment for sober individuals. Health insurance.

Cons

Forcing employees to sign documents without reviewing them(especially ones that took their rights away from sueing them, making their only option for a company selected mediation. Supporting GMs with active sexual harassment charges. Labor law violations.

Pros

Fair wadges. Lots of restaurants to move around in if you choose

Cons

Only cares about money. Food is lacking. Restaurants are not properly cleaned. The cleaning crew only sweeps the floors. To much volume for small kitchen. Does not care about employees. Let’s you feel as though you are easily replaced
