I've now been with BC for 10 months and I've loved every moment. BigCommerce works to make everyone feel included, heard, and valued. It really feels like folks here care about the values and live them daily. - The teams I work with are supportive and collaborative - Company events are well planned and fun (they really take the sting out of working remote) - Leadership took the feedback from their employees seriously and so far have worked to develop and improve DEI in the workplace through hiring, frank discussions, and education. It's fast paced, challenging, rewarding, and I love it here.
