      Pros

      * Formally recognized now as a GPTW Top workplace and it's TRUE, it's a really great place to work. * Hard working and dedicated people who work on a common dream to empower entrepreneur, inventors and business saavy minds to share their ideas and make their dreams a reality * Managers and HR genuinely listen and care about the people * Execs are Open and Honest, not afraid to address even the ugly questions

      Cons

      * Really have to think here... Not sure.. Nothing is perfect but I appreciate how BigCommerce is willing to listen, learn and evolve to make things better.

      Some people were nice and pleasant to work with.

      Cons

      The executive team was horrible when I was there. Since I've left they've had almost 100% turnover so maybe things have improved?

      Pros

      Significant room for growth. Very in depth and continuous trainings. Management is open to hearing and implementing new ideas. Company is constantly growing and employees grow with them. No drama among employees, rather the group acts as each others support team.

      Cons

      Not as high of pay as some would like. Office is a little ways away from anything convenient.
